There are many paths a student can take upon graduating from high school. Heritage is proud to offer opportunities for all young professionals. We offer entry-level positions across many of our divisions for those interested in entering the workforce and internships for college students.
For those who decide to pursue farming, we hope to be the partner of choice for crop inputs, agronomy services, grain merchandising, and more. If there is a piece of the business a young farmer would like to explore, our employees would be happy to provide additional information.
Heritage is honored to have a large presence at the Ohio FFA State Convention. This event welcomes more than 5,000 FFA members annually and is a great opportunity to connect with students directly. Our investment will help thousands of students find their place in the agricultural industry beyond high school.

Through Heritage's support of these grants, local chapters are provided funding to advance their programming for members, schools, and communities. Funding priorities include career exploration, community service, leadership development, etc.
