Heritage is proud to play a role in the future of our industry by offering internships to motivated young professionals interested in learning more about our business. The Heritage Cooperative internship program offers a wide range of hands-on opportunities that facilitate learning and growth for future leaders in agriculture, as well as maintain our commitment to continuous improvement.
Every May, Heritage welcomes a new class of interns to spend the summer with one of our many divisions, including agronomy, retail, feed, energy, grain, and marketing. Each intern will be assigned specific projects intended to strengthen their skillsets, build their careers, and drive continued growth for the company. At the end of their internship in August, each intern will present the projects they worked on throughout the summer to the Heritage leadership team.
Curious to learn more? Meet last summer's interns, and discover how their projects helped shape the future of Heritage Cooperative.
