Wholesale Feed Specialist, Brian Founds, has more than 30 years of experience in the animal feed industry. Before joining Heritage Cooperative, Brian started his career focusing on beef and dairy nutrition with Landmark Co-op but he has worn many hats over the years. Now he is focused on developing the vast dealer network and distribution channels for the Performance Feed line.
Bryan began his co-op career in 1989 after graduating from The Ohio State University with a B.S. Degree in Agriculture. After managing a farm store in South Charleston, Ohio he quickly realized his passion for feed sales and eventually focused predominately on beef feed sales.
He left the cooperative in 1999 to start and open a business with his father in the mortgage industry. After a decade in lending and 7 years as an outside sales representative for an industrial support company, Bryan came back to his roots and re-discovered his passion to sell beef feed serving as a Beef Solutions Advisor.
Currently, Bryan splits his time between Heritage Animal Nutrition/Performance Feed wholesale (75%) and farm sales supporting our Mechanicsburg, Ohio branch (25%). Bryan resides in Enon, Ohio with his wife Heather, son Cole, and daughter Riley. When he’s not helping our customers with their animal nutrition needs, he enjoys spending time with family, golfing, competitive bass fishing, cooking, and helping his daughter with her market goats.
