Propane Programs 2024-25

IMPORTANT - Participation in all Propane Programs is subject to credit approval.


BUDGET PROGRAM*

A consistent monthly payment from July - May:

  • A locked-in rate for gallons delivered October - April
  • Annual Settle Up balance for underpaid budgets due in June
  • Program enrollment expires August 31, 2024
  • Option for automatic delivery with no hidden costs

*Note: All existing Budget Billing customers will automatically receive their new contract in June 2024.


MAXIMUM PRICE PROGRAM*

A program that caps your price for the propane gallons to be delivered October - April:

  • Delivery price will be the lower of the current market price or the “maximum price” as specified on the agreement
  • Customers are eligible to enroll in our automatic delivery program to receive additional discounts
  • Upon signing/returning the agreement, you pay an upfront fee, which is equal to the number of gallons
    you wish to purchase, multiplied by 10¢ per gallon ( Example: 500 gallons X $0.10 per gallon = $50.00)
  • Program expires at the end of business on August 31, 2024


PREPAY PROGRAM*

Lock in a price for your propane to be delivered October - April:

  • Prepay customers will be enrolled for our automatic delivery program, unless notified in writing
  • Total amount due will equal the number of contracted gallons, multiplied by the prepaid rate, plus sales tax
  • Any gallons prepaid and not delivered by April 30 will be assessed a penalty fee of 20¢ per gallon
  • This program expires at the end of business on August 31, 2024

*120 gallon tanks are not eligible for any propane program discounts.
